Who We Are
Narratv is a cinematic documentary and brand media production company owned and operated by NGN Pictures LLC. We produce video, photography, and brand clarity work for established leaders and businesses.
Services
Narratv offers services including The Narratv Reveal™, The Narratv Method™, The Narratv Media Day™, The Narratv Film™, and The Narratv Reach™. Scope, timing, deliverables, and investment are defined in a separate service agreement before production begins. All service agreements are with NGN Pictures LLC.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize the agreed charge. The $497 Narratv Reveal™ investment is credited in full toward an eligible production package. Refund terms are defined in the individual service agreement; deposits are generally non-refundable after production work begins.
Intellectual Property
Content on narratv.video, including copy, design, brand elements, and structure, belongs to NGN Pictures LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client deliverables are governed by the license in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, raw footage and production files remain the property of NGN Pictures LLC.
Client Content
When you provide materials or information for a project, you represent that you have the right to share and use them and that doing so does not violate third-party rights.
Testimonials and Portfolio
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Narratv may feature completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing. Tell us before the engagement begins when the work needs to remain private.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Narratv and NGN Pictures LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Total liability related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
