Who We Are
Narratv is a cinematic documentary and brand media production company owned and operated by NGN Pictures LLC. We produce video, photography, and brand clarity work for established leaders and businesses.
Services
Narratv offers a range of services including The Narratv Reveal, The Narratv Method, The Narratv Media Day, and The Narratv Film. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment for each engagement are outlined in a separate service agreement provided before any production begins.
All service agreements are between you and NGN Pictures LLC. These Terms govern your general use of our website and do not replace the terms of any signed service agreement.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount. The $497 Narratv Reveal investment is credited in full toward any production package you choose to move forward with.
Refund terms for each service are outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once production work has begun.
Intellectual Property
All content on narratv.video — including copy, design, brand elements, and structure — is the property of NGN Pictures LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
Deliverables produced for you as part of a Narratv engagement are governed by the licensing terms in your service agreement. Typically, you receive a license to use your deliverables across your business platforms; the underlying creative work, raw footage, and production files remain the property of NGN Pictures LLC unless otherwise specified in writing.
Client Content
When you provide materials, information, or assets to us as part of a production engagement, you represent that you have the rights to those materials and that sharing them with us doesn't violate any third-party rights.
Testimonials and Portfolio
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Narratv reserves the right to feature your completed project in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you'd prefer to keep your engagement private, let us know before the engagement begins and we'll accommodate that request.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Narratv and NGN Pictures LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with an updated effective date.
